    served with orange, fennel and champagne-buttersauce.

    CHRISTMAS PLATE 245,-
    - aquavit gravlax with mustard sauce, pickled apple- and cucumbersalad, and dark bread cruttons

    - smoked whale with lingon berry cream and crispy flatbread

    - lamb terrine with red onion compote and artichoke chips

  • CHRISTMAS PORK RIBS 445,-
    with “medisterkake” and sausage, served with Christmas sauce, potatoes, pickled cabbage, caramelized apples, butter-glaced carrots, and prunes.
